摘　　要：根据某石油化工企业计量监控管理系统的相关要求,阐述该系统的功能及技术方案(总体架构及软硬件实施方案)。首先总体介绍计量监控管理系统的应用目的及需求分析,其次对计量监控管理系统的功能和技术方案进行了具体描述,最后对全文进行了总结。In this paper,the demand analysis of the measurement,monitoring and management system of a petrochemical enterprise is carried out,and the function and technical plan of the system is expounded (overall architecture and hardware and software implementation).First,the purpose of the application of the measurement,monitoring and management systemis introduced;The requirement analysis and the function and technical scheme of the system are described in detail. Finally summarize the whole text.
