摘　　要：随着橡胶沥青在道路工程中的不断推广应用,橡胶沥青洒布车的市场需求不断增加,为此徐工开发了XLS1203智能型橡胶沥青洒布车。以XLS1203智能型橡胶沥青洒布车为研究对象,介绍其底盘动力、沥青加热、沥青搅拌、喷洒梁、智能控制及液压系统等方面的关键技术。该机底盘动力系统考虑了底盘功率和速度的匹配问题,沥青加热系统充分考虑了内外管道伸缩量不一致问题,搅拌器的设计解决了橡胶沥青的离析问题,电气和液压闭式控制系统智能精确,保证了施工质量和施工便捷性。Along with rubber bitumen being continuously promoted and applied in the road construction projects market demand is ever increasing for the rubber bitumen spreader car. Therefore,Xugong developed its XLS1203 intelligent rubber asphalt distributor, which has been laid as an object for further research work, by first introducing power for the undercarriage, asphalt heating,mixing, spreading, intelligent controlling, hydraulic systems, etc in terms of key technologies. Issues have been considered of power match with travel speed in the undercarriage, consistency of the piping both inside and outside, in the bitumen heating system, as well as segregation in the mixer, respectively.The result is intelligent accuracy of the electric and hydraulic systems, thus ensuring working quality and convenience.
