摘 要:目的:探讨奥卡西平(OXC)对学龄期癫痫儿童下丘脑一垂体-.陛腺轴功能的影响。方法:研究组为49例OXC单药治疗的学龄期癫痫儿童,对照组为24例健康体检的学龄期儿童。分别检测研究组OXC治疗前后血清促黄体生成索(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(PROG)、睾酮(TES)和泌乳素(PRL)水平,并分别与对照组进行比较。结果:研究组OXC治疗前E2、TES显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组OXC治疗后E2较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);研究组OXC治疗后TES显著低于对照组(P<O.05),其余性激素与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:癫痫及癫痫发作可导致学龄期癫痫儿童TES、E2降低,其中对E2的影响是可逆的;OXC可能引起学龄期癫痫儿童E2升高,其机制有待进一步深入研究。Objective:To investigate the effect of oxcarbazepine (OXC)on the function of hypo-thalamic-pituitary-gonad axis in school-aged children with epilepsy.Methods:The study group consisted of 49 school-aged children with epilepsy treated with OXC monotherapy,and the control group consisted of 24 healthy school-aged children.The serum luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2),progesterone (PROG),testosterone (TES)and prolactin (PRL)levels were measured in the study group before and after treatment with OXC,and the comparison was made between the groups.Results:E2 and TES of the study group before the treatment with OXC were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);E2 of the study group after OXC treatment was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05);TES of the study group after OXC treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),the remaining sex hormones in the study group after OXC treatment were not different from that in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusions:Epilepsy and its seizures can lead to a decrease of TES and E2 in school-aged children with epilepsy.The effect on E2 is reversible.OXC may cause elevation of E2 in school-aged children with epilepsy,The mechanism remains to be confirmed by further studies.
