摘 要:针对岸基对空雷达装备发展型号论证的特点,提出基于模糊测度和Choquet模糊积分的装备型号论证智能决策方法。首先,建立型号决策模型,选取了综合作战效能、费用、周期、风险决策指标,采用证据理论和云模型优化了综合作战效能指标;然后,针对各决策指标的冗余问题,采用贝叶斯Rough集进行了决策指标简约;针对各决策指标的相关性问题,引入模糊测度确定各决策指标的重要程度;并通过Choquet模糊积分对各决策指标进行综合,实现决策结果。经仿真计算验证,该方法合理、有效。Aiming at characteristics of New type demonstration to shore-based air radar equipment,an intelligent decision method is proposed based on fuzzy measure and choquet fuzzy integral. Firstly,the decision model is constructed,the decision index such as comprehensive combat efficiency,cost,cycle and risk decision index are selected,and the comprehensive combat efficiency index is optimized by D-S evidence theory and cloud model theory. Secondly,aiming at the redundancy among decision indexes,bayesian rough sets is used for the index reduction. Then,aiming at interdependence among decision indexes,Fuzzy measure theory is introduced to achieve the weight of each decision index. What’s more,Choquet fuzzy integral synthesizes each decision index,sequentially,decision result is achieved. Finally,simulation results verify rationality and effectiveness.
