摘 要:针对北方某钢厂在生产Q235B断面180 mm×675 mm时遇到较多内部裂纹的问题,运用有限元方法,在ANSYS软件中进行二冷配水的模拟计算,并与实际情况进行对比,找出二冷配水存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案。经验证,采用调整方案后铸坯鼓肚、角部裂纹等缺陷的数量减少了60%。In view of the problem that a steel plant in north China encountered many internal cracks in the production of Q235 B section 180×675 mm^2, the finite element method was used to carry out the simulation calculation of secondary cooling water distribution in ANSYS software. Compared with the actual situation, the existing problems of secondary cooling water distribution were found out, and corresponding solutions were proposed. It has been proved that the number of defects such as billets drum and corner crack has been reduced by 60% after adopting the adjustment scheme, and to achieve remarkable results.
