降低冷硬树脂砂砂铁比几种方法对比研究

摘　　要：砂铁比是铸造生产中的一个重要参数,在冷硬树脂砂工艺中降低砂铁比可以大幅度降低生产成本,降低能耗,提高生产效率,重点结合现场生产经验介绍通过工艺设计,浇注系统引入位置,选用专用砂箱等工艺手段,降低砂铁比的方法。Sand metal ratio was an important parameter in casting production, the production cost, energy consumption and production efficiency can be greatly reduced by reducing the ratio of sand to metal in the process of chilled resin sand.Combined with the field production experience, several methods of reducing the ratio of sand to metal are introduced.
