摘  要:闸阀阀体在铸造过程中,通常会在其座部放置1~2个冒口用以补充座部凝固过程中产生的收缩,防止缩孔的产生。美标150磅闸阀体座部无冒口工艺设计的改进,取消了原有闸阀体座部冒口,提高了钢液利用率,减轻后处理的工作量,从而有效的降低生产成本。During the casting process of valve body of gate valve, usually one-two risers will be placed at its bottom,The fuction of the risers is to prevent the occurring of shrinkage holes during the solidification process. Non-riser process design for body of American standard 150 LB gate valve has been improved. The risers at the bottom are cancellde and the utilization of liquid steed is enhanced;also the pist-treatment work is alleviated.The production cost is reduced efficiently.
