摘  要:采用5因素、4水平的正交试验对铸钢用消失模涂料的工作性能和工艺性能进行了研究,5个因素分别为钠基膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、硅溶胶、酚醛树脂和801胶,通过试验确定了影响因素的主次顺序,得出了最佳的工艺参数组合。经过实际检验,生产的铸钢件表面质量良好,没有气孔夹渣等铸造缺陷产生。The working performance and process performance of the lost foam coating for cast steel were studied by five-factor and four-level orthogonal tests. The five factors were sodium bentonite, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),silica sol and phenolic resin and 801 glue, the primary and secondary order of influencing factors were determined through experiments, and the best combination of process parameters was obtained. After actual inspection, the surface quality of the cast steel parts produced is good, and no casting defects such as pore slag are generated.
