摘 要:研究了在无需拆卸的情况下对783螺栓进行检测的装置及原理,并通过该装置对783螺栓杆部人工缺陷、螺纹、螺纹人工缺陷、螺栓伪缺陷、螺栓自然裂纹的静态波形进行了分析和研究。结果表明,在机组调停或较短检修期中,在无需拆卸的情况下实现了对该类在线螺栓的加热孔底部进行检测的要求,及时掌握螺栓的质量,避免设备事故的发生。The detection device and principle of 783 bolts without disassembly were studied, and the static waveforms of artificial defects, threads, artificial defects, false defects and natural cracks of 783 bolts were analyzed and studied through the device. The results show that during the unit mediation or short maintenance period, the requirements of detecting the bottom of the heating hole of this kind of on-line bolt are realized without disassembly. Timely the quality of bolts can be grasped in time, and to avoid equipment accidents.
