摘 要:通过JmatPro软件分析了AL-6XN超级奥氏体不锈钢等离子焊接过程中的析出相,并对AL-6XN的PAW焊接接头的力学性能、耐腐蚀性、金相组织、焊缝成分分布进行了综合研究。研究表明,AL-6XN材料的等离子焊接接头力学性能与GTAW焊接接头一致;等离子焊接接头的点腐蚀率高达70 mg/(dm^2·d),主要位置集中在熔合线附近;焊缝中Ni、Mo等元素存在严重的偏析现象,在熔合线附近尤为严重;通过固溶处理能够消除等离子焊接接头的元素偏析,恢复接头的耐腐蚀性。The precipitations of plasma welded joints were analyzed at CCT digram from Jmatpro software. PAW welding of AL-6XN was carried out to study the mechanical properties,microstructure,corrosion resistance and composition distribution. Results showed the tensile strength of PAW joint was equal to that of GTAW welding joint;that the pitting corrosion rate of the plasma welded joint was as high as 70 mg/( dm^2·d),mainly concentrated near the fusion line;that Ni,Mo and other elements in the joint were severely segregated,particularly near the fusion line;that the solution treatment could eliminate elemental segregation of the plasma welded joint and restore the corrosion resistance of the joint.
