摘  要:介绍氯气处理工艺流程。氯水洗涤塔板式换热器在生产中出现冷冻水消耗量和干燥塔硫酸消耗量升高、以及逸出氯气的问题。对氯水洗涤塔进行物料平衡计算和热量平衡计算。对氯水板式换热器进行热量衡算。根据计算结果,给出改造方法:增加氯水冷却器换热面积,增加板片。改造后,出氯水洗涤塔的氯气温度降到40℃以下,后续钛冷却器5℃冷冻水量和干燥塔中硫酸的消耗量降低,保证氯气处理工序生产正常运行。The chlorine gas treatment process is introduced.When a plate heat exchanger was used in chlorine water scrubbing tower,problems occurred in production,such as increased consumption of frozen water,increased consumption of sulfuric acid in drying tower,and escape of chlorine.Material balance calculation and heat.balance calculation were carried out on the chlorine water scrubbing tower. Only heat balance calculation was carried out on chlorine water plate heat exchanger.According to the calculation results,correction methods were given:to increase the heat transfer area of chlorine water cooler (i.e.,the number of plate).After correction,the chlorine temperature at outlet of chlorine water scrubbing tower reduced to below 40℃,the 5% frozen water for titanium cooler reduced,and the consumption of sulfuric acid in the drying tower reduced,and the normal operation of the chlorine treatment process was ensured.
