摘 要:为了解马龙深沟鸡的生长发育规律,探讨其各生长阶段的营养需求量,试验选择马龙深沟鸡公、母雏鸡各50只,采用大体解剖学方法测定其1~10周龄肝脏、小肠和肌腺胃重量,运用Logistic模型对各指标进行生长曲线拟合。结果表明:马龙深沟鸡公、母鸡肝脏、小肠和肌腺胃均呈现非线性生长的特点,公鸡肝脏、小肠和肌腺胃的生长发育较母鸡晚,拐点周龄较母鸡晚1~2周,但拐点重量均高于母鸡。说明在调整马龙深沟鸡日粮组成时还需要考虑性别差异。In order to understand growth and development rule of Malong chicken and to discuss nutritional requirement during each growth stage,each 50 Malong chicken (male and female)were chosen in this experiment.Gross anatomy method was used for determining the weights of liver,small intestine and gizzard and proventriculus at the age of 1-10 weeks.A Logistic model was used for fitting growth curves of each index. The results showed that liver,small intestine and gizzard and proventriculus of Malong chicken (male or female)had non-linear growth eharacteristies.The growth and development of liver,small intestine and gizzard and proventriculus of cock were later than those of hen,and the age of inflexion of cock was 1-2 weeks later than that of hen while the weight of cock was higher than that of hen at the age of inflexion.The results suggested that gender difference also need to be taken into account when adjusting the dietary composition of Malong chicken.
