摘 要:为了确定某赛鸽公棚病死赛鸽的病原菌,试验从送检病死鸽的肝脏分离出病原菌,然后对病原菌进行纯化培养、染色、生化试验、血清型鉴定、菌毛基因PCR检测与系统发育分析,以及肠毒素基因PCR检测、动物致病性试验。结果表明:共分离得到7株病原菌,7株病原菌均符合大肠杆菌的生物学特性;血清型分别为O55(3/7)、O1(1/7)、O164(1/7),2株未定型;分离菌除O164外,其余6株均表达黏附素基因K99、肠毒素基因STa及LT毒力因子; O55分离株对试验鸽有一定的致病性。说明该公棚赛鸽病死系由大肠杆菌引起。In order to ascertain the pathogenic bacteria,the test studied on the pathogens of sickness and death pigeons living in racing pigeon shed,several strains of bacteria was isolated from the liver of sickness and death pigeons,according to the isolation and identification,biochemical tests,serotyping,the main virulence gene detection of pathogenic E.coli,PCR and phylogenetic analysis of fimbrial gene,enterotoxin gene PCR detection of the bacteria. The results showed that seven strains of bacteria were obtained from the pigeons. The seven strains’ biological characteristics were in line with E.coli. Serotypes were O55( 3/7),O1( 1/7),O164( 1/7),and two strains failed to get into shape. The remaining six strains all contain adhesin gene F5( K99),enterotoxin gene STa and LT virulence factor,except O164. The isolation strains of O55 has a strong pathogenicity to pigeons. It’s shows that the death of the pigeons were caused by E coli.
