摘 要:为了对鹅源鼠伤寒沙门氏杆菌进行分离、鉴定与耐药性分析,试验从病料中分离出菌株后采用生化试验、亲膜蛋白基因invA的PCR扩增、血清型鉴定、药敏试验对分离株进行了研究。结果表明:分离得到的17株菌株均为鼠伤寒沙门氏杆菌,这些分离株能发酵葡萄糖,不发酵乳糖,不利用蔗糖等,符合沙门氏杆菌生化特性;亲膜蛋白基因invA的PCR扩增得到大小为330 bp的目的条带;血清型鉴定显示,分离株血清型符合鼠伤寒沙门氏杆菌的血清型。药敏试验显示,82.35%的菌株对左氧氟沙星、氟苯尼考敏感,64.71%的菌株对卡那霉素敏感,64.70%的菌株对诺氟沙星敏感,58.82%的菌株对庆大霉素敏感,52.94%的菌株对新霉素敏感;64.71%的菌株对多西环素耐药,58.82%的菌株对链霉素耐药,35.29%的菌株对庆大霉素、卡那霉素耐药,29.41%的菌株对环丙沙星耐药;有11株分离株至少对2类抗生素耐药,其中7株分离株对3类及3类以上抗生素耐药。说明分离自鹅的鼠伤寒沙门氏杆菌对多种抗生素具有耐药性且出现多重耐药。In this test,the strains of Salmonella typhimurium isolated from epidemic materials were analysised by the biochemical test,the PCR test of membrane protein gene invA,serodiagnosis and susceptibility test.The results showed that 17 isolates were identified as Salmonella typhimurium Bacteria.These isolates fermented glucose,but not lactose,and did not use sucrose,which comforms to the biochemical characteristics of Salmonella.The target band of 330 bp was obtained by the PCR test of membrane protein gene invA and the serotype was consistent with the serotype of Salmonella typhimurium in gene.Drug sensitivity testresults showed that 82.35% of the strains were susceptible to levofloxacin and florfenicol.64.70% of the strains were sensitive to kanamyein,and 64.71% of the strairis were sensitive to norfloxacin.58.82% were sensitive to gentamicin,52.94% of the strains were sensitive to neomycin.64.71% of the strains were resistant to doxycyeline,58.82% of the strains were resistant to streptomycin,35.29% of the strains were resistant to gentamicin and kanamycin,29.41% of the strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin.Eleven isolates were resistant to at least two classes of antibiotics,and seven isolates were resistant to three or more classes of antibiotics.It indicated that Salmonella typhimurium isolated from geese is resistant to many antibiotics and has multiple resistances.
