居民感知视角下的湖南农村生活水资源系统脆弱性评价

摘　　要：从居民感知视角出发研究农村生活水资源系统的脆弱性问题是不同于传统水资源脆弱性研究的一种新思路。结合传统水资源脆弱性的概念内涵和感知理论,提出农村生活水资源系统感知脆弱性的概念,构建基于居民感知的农村生活水资源系统脆弱性评价指标体系,以湖南省5大地理单元、22个行政村为研究对象,运用模糊综合评价法对湖南省的农村生活水资源系统的感知脆弱性进行定量评价。结果表明:湖南农村生活水资源系统的感知脆弱性整体上处于较低水平,脆弱性不明显;湖南农村生活水资源系统的感知脆弱性存在比较明显的区域分异性,湘中和湘西地区脆弱性最为显著,湘南和湘北两区脆弱性最不明显;用水系统和护水系统是湖南农村生活水资源系统脆弱性的主要贡献因素。5大地理区的脆弱性致脆因素差异明显,湘西地区以供水系统和护水系统的脆弱性较为明显;湘中地区的用水系统和供水系统相对最为脆弱;湘北、湘南和湘东地区三大系统发展比较均衡,均表现为低脆弱。Completely different from the traditional research approach of water resource vulnerability,studies on the vulnerability of rural living water resource system from a new perspective of residents’ perception has scientific meanings.Based on the concept and perception theory of traditional water resource vulnerability,this paper proposes the concept of vulnerability of rural living water resource system,and constructs an evaluation index system of vulnerability of rural living water resource system based on residents’ perception.Taking 5 geographic units and 22 administrative villages in Hunan Province as examples,this paper quantitatively evaluates the perceived vulnerability of rural living water resource system in Hunan Province by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results show that:1) the overall level of the fragility sense of the domestic water source system is relatively low and the vulnerability is not obvious;2) the perceived vulnerability of rural water resource system in Hunan shows significant regional differences with the most obvious vulnerability in central and western Hunan and the least obvious in southern and northern Hunan;and 3) water use system and water protection system are the main contributors to the vulnerability of rural domestic water resource system in Hunan.There exist obvious differences in the driving factors of vulnerability among these 5 geographical regions:the vulnerability of the water supply system and water protection system in Xiangxi is more obvious,the water use system and water supply system in central Hunan are relatively fragile,and the three systems in northern Hunan,southern Hunan and eastern Hunan are relatively balanced with low vulnerability.
