闽东畲药闾山竹本草考证及生药鉴定

摘　　要：闾山竹是闽东地区畲族常用的草药之一,其名称、原植物种类等皆未见于历代本草。故该研究旨在通过对闾山竹进行名称考证,通过其植物形态学解剖及分类鉴定,判断其植物来源;并通过生药性状、组织构造、显微粉末特征,全面揭示该民族药的鉴别特征。结果表明:闽东畲药闾山竹的命名与当地民间信仰的闾山教有关,原植物是百合科万寿竹属的万寿竹(Disporum cantoniense (Lour.)Merr.),入药部位为根及根茎。并描述了其生药的性状及显微鉴别特征,为充分了解、鉴别、开发利用该药材提供了基础依据。"Lv-Shan-Zhu"is one of the commonly used herb in Mindong.It’s name only prevails in the mindong region.However,on the name of"Lv-Shan-Zhu"research,pharmacognosy research has not been reported.So,the study is designed to literature research.By observing its plant morphology to determine its plant origin.Which is based on the characteristics of dried medicinal herbs,organization structure and the grass powder microscopic and compared with the plants of the same family.In order to identify this medicine correctly as well as a reference for the further research and provide methods for development and application of"Lv-Shan-Zhu".The result indicated thatthe"Lv-Shan-Zhu"from Disporum cantoniense(Lour.)Merr.The results of literature research and pharmacognosy of She-Ethnomedicine"Lv-Shan-Zhu"provide a scientific basis for the herbs.They have much reference on the latter related study and its making of quality standards.
