摘　　要：目的:建立测定排毒养颜胶囊中番泻苷A、番泻苷B含量的方法。方法:采用Sepax-C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以乙腈-5mmol/L四庚基溴化铵的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(pH=5.0)(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min;检测波长340nm;柱温35℃。结果:番泻苷A和番泻苷B在各自的线性范围内均呈良好的线性关系(R^2=1),平均加样回收率分别为100.90%、101.37%,RSD为1.62%、1.08%。结论:该实验建立的方法专属性强,操作简便,可用于排毒养颜胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of Sennoside A and sennoside B in PaiduYangyan capsules.Methods:The determination was performed on Sepax-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-5 mmol/L tetraheptylammonium bromide acetate-sodium acetate buffer(pH=5.0)(15:85),flow rate is 1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength is 340 nm;column temperature is 35°C.Results:Sennoside A and sennoside B have a good linear relationship in their linear range(R^2=1).The average recovery rate was 100.90%,101.37%;RSD values are 1.62%,1.08%.Conclusion:The method established in this experiment is specific and easy to operate,can be used for the quality control of Paiduyangyan capsules.
