大黄黄连泻心汤治疗慢性胃病研究进展与声动力疗法展望

摘　　要：慢性胃病是常见的消化性系统疾病。据统计,慢性胃病在人群中的发病率高达80%,若不及时治疗则可发展为癌前病变,不仅给社会带来巨大的经济负担,也给患者带来精神与身体上的痛苦。大黄黄连泻心汤作为经方被各医家传承与沿用,临床多用于胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡的治疗,效果显著,其作用机制与调节胃部炎性因子、杀灭幽门螺杆菌与保护胃黏膜有关。基于大黄黄连泻心汤对慢性胃病治愈周期长的弱势,寻求一种辅助疗法用以增强其疗效应受到重视。对大黄黄连泻心汤治疗慢性胃病的作用机制进行综合阐述,并展望利用声动力疗法可杀灭病原微生物的潜在优势以此拓宽该方剂的现代化研究,为以该方为基础方的新药研究提供理论和实践依据。Chronic gastric disease is a common digestive system disease.According to the statistics,the incidence of chronic gastric disease in the population is as high as 80%,which not only brings a huge economic burden to the society,but also brings mental and physical pain to patients.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction has been passed down and followed by all doctors as a classical prescription.It could be used in the treatment of gastritis,stomach and duodenal ulcer,which the effect is remarkable.The mechanism of its action is thought to be related to the regulation of gastric inflammatory factors,the killing of Helicobacter pylori and the protection of gastric mucosa.Based on the long period of treatment using Dahuang Huanglian decoction,seeking a kind of adjuvant therapy to enhance its effect is important.In this article,the mechanism of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction in treating chronic gastric diseases was comprehensively expounded and looked forward to broadening the modern research of this prescription by using the potential advantages of sonodynamic therapy which can kill pathogenic microorganism.
