摘 要:近年来,我国化工行业爆炸事件时有发生,其中很多是由于压力容器或管路中压力突增导致。安装在压力容器或管路上的压力监测仪表由于无法拆卸,不能定时通过量值溯源来验证其监测数值的准确性。在线压力校准方法是在不影响生产情况下大幅提高在线压力仪表校准效率的重要手段,逐渐成为压力计量领域的研究热点。本文提出了一种基于超声技术非介入式在线压力测量方法并研制完成实验样机,可实现对在线工作的压力表进行校准。In recent years,China's chemical industry explosions have occurred from time to time,many of which are caused by sudden pressure surges in pressure vessels or pipelines.The pressure monitoring instrument installed on the pressure vessel or pipeline cannot be dismantled,and the accuracy of the monitoring value cannot be verified periodically by the value traceability.The online pressure calibration method is an important mean to greatly improve the calibration efficiency of online pressure gauges without affecting production conditions,and has gradually become a hot research issue in the field of pressure measurement.The paper proposes a non -invasive online pressure detection method based on ultrasonic technology.It can develop an experimental prototype to calibrate the pressure gauge working online.
