肠内营养泵校准规范的研究及制订

摘　　要：随着肠内营养泵鼻饲法越来越多的应用在临床上,及老龄化来临,肠内营养泵在各个医院的需求数量和使用率也大大增加,由于肠内营养泵产品的特殊性,目前在医院里,其主要应用在ICU病房、老年病房等特殊病房,面对的都是危重病人,如老年病人、肠胃道手术后病人等。目前国家和浙江省尚无有关肠内营养泵的计量技术规范,各技术机构计量校准测试无统一的方法,检测技术参差不齐,因此有必要制订肠内营养泵校准规范,进一步解决其量值传递与溯源技术。本文对此问题进行了研究,并进行了反复试验,通过关键参数研究,最终完成了肠内营养泵校准规范,通过浙江省质监局组织的审定会,并对社会公开发布。With enteral nutrition nasal feeding pump more and more applied in clinic,and aging,enteral nutrition pump in various hospitals and utilization is greatly increased,the number of demand due to the particularity of the product,in the hospital,it is mainly used in the ICU ward,and other special wards,geriatric ward face are critically ill patients,such as elderly patients and patients after gastrointestinal At present,there is no measurement technical specification of enteral nutrition pump in China and zhejiang province,and there is no unified test method for each technical institution,and the detection technology is uneven.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate the calibration specification of enteral nutrition pump,so as to further solve its quantity value transfer and traceability technology.In this paper,the problem was studied,and repeated tests were conducted,through the key parameters of the study,finally completed the intestinal nutrition pump calibration specifications,through the Quality and Technology Supervision of Zhejiang Province by the review meeting,and released to the public.
