基于法律视角的农业产业化组织发展研究

摘　　要：随着我国现代农业的不断发展,农业产业化组织应运而生,并以各种形式在农业发展中发挥作用。因此,在现代农业的指导下,如何发挥农业产业化组织的优势,促进农业的发展,是当前思考的一个重点。针对农业产业化组织在发展中存在的法律制度缺失、发展重点不突出和缺乏监管的问题,提出通过重点发展以龙头企业为主导的产业化组织,同时辅以专业合作社等形式,另外加强对利益协调机制的探索,并且构建农户监督和政府监督的产业化组织监督机制。通过上述的探索,为当前农业产业化组织的法律完善问题提供借鉴。With continuous development of modern agriculture in China,agricultural industrialization organizations emerge as the times require,and play a role in various forms of agricultural development. Therefore,under guidance of modern agriculture,how to give full play to advantages of agricultural industrialization organization,and promote development of agriculture,are a focus of current thinking. According to agricultural industrialization organization in development of existing legal system,lack of development focus and supervision problems,industrial organization was put forward through focus on development of leading enterprises,supplemented by professional cooperatives,in addition to strengthen exploration of interests coordination mechanism,and build farmers and government supervision. Some references were provided for legal perfection of current agricultural industrialization organization.
