预防乳头内陷患者矫正器牵引术后乳头坏死方法的改进

摘　　要：目的降低矫正器牵引法治疗乳头内陷患者术后乳头坏死率。方法通过临床观察、查阅文献及分析,医护合作改进术后护理方式并制订护理操作规范,应用于2014年—2018年收治的104例(196侧乳头)实施矫正器法乳头内陷矫正术的患者。结果术后无乳头坏死发生。43侧乳头皮肤破溃,护理7～34 d后全部愈合。结论改进后的术后护理方式可降低乳头坏死率。Objective To explore the nursing practice of reducing nipple necrosis after the corrective surgery for congenitally inverted nipple using the tractor. Methods Through clinical observation and literature review, improved postoperative nursing countermeasures were developed by medical cooperation. From 2014 to 2018,104 patients (196 inverted nipples) underwent surgeries and received the new nursing countermeasures. Results There was no nipple necrosis after operation. Skin wound occurred on 43 nipples,and was completely healed after 7-34 days with dressing change. Conclusion The rate of nipple necrosis was zero in the past four years,and the improved postoperative nursing countermeasures were effective.
