摘  要:针对丘陵山区拖拉机难以进入田间作业及大棚内不宜使用燃油动力机具的问题,设计了2BD-1型自走式电动播种机,可一次完成开沟、播种、施肥、覆土及镇压等工作,并对动力匹配、驱动轮、机架、开沟器及转向系统等方面进行分析设计。田间试验及测试结果表明,种子机械破损率0. 5%,单粒率95%,种子覆土厚度合格率92%,株距合格率93%,施肥深度合格率90%,各项指标均达到了设计要求。该播种机具有节能环保、易操作的优点,可广泛应用于丘陵山区及大棚等室内作业。A 2BD-1 self-propelled electric seeder was designed to solve problems that tractors were difficult to enter field in hilly and mountainous areas and fuel-powered machines were not suitable to be used in greenhouses. The device was analyzed and designed in terms of power matching,driving wheel,frame,ditch opener and steering system to complete ditching,sowing,fertilizing,covering soil and suppressing work at one time. Field test results showed that mechanical damage rate of seeds was0. 5%,single grain rate was 95%,qualified rate of seed covering thickness was 92%,qualified rate of plant spacing was93%,qualified rate of fertilization depth was 90%,and all indexes met design requirements. The device has advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and easy operation,which could be widely used in indoor operations such as hilly and mountainous areas and greenhouses.
