摘  要:针对多相电机的故障诊断,提出一种基于谐波平面检测的五相电机单相断相故障诊断方法。将定子相电流进行克拉克变换得到三次谐波平面电流分量,进而经过滤波、归一化等运算提取出故障因子。通过故障因子阈值判别,结合三次谐波平面电流轨迹的位置角实现五相电机的单相断相故障诊断。最后,在多相电机驱动实验平台上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所提的故障诊断算法能够快速、准确地完成五相感应电机单相断相的故障诊断,并且在转速、负载瞬态扰动工况中表现出了强鲁棒性。Aiming at the fault diagnosis of multiphase machines, this paper proposed a fault diagnosis method for single-phase open circuit of five-phase induction machines(IMs) based on the detection of current trajectories in the harmonic plane. Firstly, the third harmonic plane current components were obtained by applying the Clarke transformation to the stator phase currents, and were further extracted to be the fault indicator by filtration, normalization and other mathematical operations. Then, the single-phase open-circuit fault diagnosis of the five-phase IM was accomplished by combining the fault factor threshold with the phase position of the third harmonic plane current trajectory. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out on the multiphase machine drive experimental platform. The experimental results indicate that the proposed fault diagnosis method can quickly and accurately achieve the single-phase open-circuit fault diagnosis of five-phase IM, and shows strong robustness in the cases of transient disturbance of speed and load torque.
