摘　　要：目的了解癌症患者心理韧性现状及影响因素。方法采用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、领悟社会支持量表、一般自我效能量表与一般情况问卷对中山市某医院327例癌症患者进行调查。结果癌症患者心理韧性、社会支持和自我效能的总得分分别为56.84±13.55、59.15±10.02和27.03±5.40。社会支持总分、自我效能总分与心理韧性总分之间存在正相关关系(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.447、0.588。性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病类别、社会支持和自我效能水平是心理韧性的预测因子,共解析心理韧性总变异的48.2%。结论癌症患者心理韧性水平较低,并与社会支持、自我效能情况相关。应重点关注女性、低文化程度、家庭人均月收入低、呼吸系统癌的癌症患者。[Objective]To explore the psychological resilience and its influential factors among cancer patients.[Methods]The psychological resilience scale( CD-RISC),percei ved social support scale,general self-efficacy scale and general questionnaire were used to investigate 327 cancer patients in a hospital of Zhongshan City.[ Results]The score of psychological resilience,social support and self-efficacy was respectively 56.84 ±13.55,59.15 ±10.02 and 27.03 ±5.40 among traumatic inpatients.There were positive correlations between social support score,self-efficacy score and psychological resilience score(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient was respectively 0.447 and 0.588.Gender,education level,household per capita monthly income,disease categories,social support and self-efficacy were the predictive factors of psychological resilience,which explained 48.2% of total variation.[Conclusion]The low level of psychological resilience was found in canner patients,and it is related to social support and selfefficacy.It is necessary to pay more attention to female,people with low educational level,people with low household per capita monthly income and respiratory cancer patients.
