摘　　要：目的了解天津市医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告特征。方法利用描述统计方法分析医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告特征。按照传染病报告特点对医疗机构进行Q型聚类分析。结果 2016年天津市共有299家医疗卫生机构报告法定传染病75 755例。不同级别医疗机构报告病例数不同(Kruskal-Wallis U=120.409,P<0.01),同一级别机构传染病报告病例数差异亦较大。综合利用2016年法定报告病例数和传染病报告特征,将医疗卫生机构分为五大类,其中第一类机构1家,第二类机构2家,第三类机构1家,第四类机构21家,第五类机构422家。结论第一类至第四类医疗卫生机构是天津市传染病报告重点机构。按照利用聚类分析结果建立传染病报告分类管理模式,便于有针对性的开展传染病报告管理工作,为传染病预防控制工作提供可靠的信息保障。[Objective]To learn the report characteristics of notifiable communicable disease in medical and health institutions of Tianjin.[Methods]The descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the characteristics of notifiable communicable disease reported by medical and health institutions.Q cluster analysis was performed on medical institutions in accordance with the characteristics of infectious disease reports.[Results]A total 75 755 infectious disease cases were reported by 299 medical institutions in Tianjin in 2016.There was difference in number of reported cases among medical institutions at different levels(Kruskal-Wallis U=120.409,P<0.01),and the difference in number of reported cases was great among medical institutions at the same level.Comprehensively utilize the number of reported cases and the characteristics of infectious disease,the medical institutions were divided into five categories,including one at first-class,two at second-class,one at third-class,21 at fourthclass and 422 at fifth-class.[Conclusion]The medical institutions at first to fourth-class are the main reporting agency for infectious diseases in Tianjin.The classified management model of infectious disease reporting based on cluster analysis is convenient to carry out the report management of infectious diseases and provide reliable information guarantee for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
