摘　　要：信息、动机、行为技巧以及这三者之间的明确关系被认为是各种健康行为改变的决定因素,也是信息-动机-行为技巧模型的核心部分;近年来信息-动机-行为技巧模型已被视为跨越各种健康行为的行为干预研究的理论基础,应用十分广泛,但仍需找出信息-动机-行为技巧模型在促进患者行为改变方面的有力证据;本文综述了信息-动机-行为技巧模型的理论背景、理论框架和国内外应用现状,以期为信息-动机-行为技巧模型的发展和完善提供参考依据。The information,motivation,behavioral skills and the explicit relationship between these three are considered to be the determinants of various health behavior changes,as well as the core of the information-motivation-behavioral skills model.In recent years,the information-motivation-behavioral skills model has been regarded as the theoretical basis for behavioral intervention research that spans various health behaviors and is widely used,but still need to find out the information-motivationbehavioral skills model in promoting patients with strong evidence of behavior change.This paper summarizes the theoretical background,theoretical framework and application status of the information-motivation-behavioral skills model at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the development and improvement of information-motivation-behavioral skills model.
