摘　　要：近年来,变态反应性疾病如荨麻疹、变应性鼻炎、特应性皮炎及结膜过敏性疾病等的发病率不断攀升,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,也给各国带来了极大的卫生经济负担。组胺及其受体在变态反应性疾病的发病中发挥重要作用,是治疗相关疾病的重要靶点。本文将对抗组胺药物在变态反应性疾病中的应用做一综述,以加深我们对这一经典的抗过敏药物的理解,并为临床工作中合理用药提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of allergic diseases such as urticaria,allergic rhinitis,atopic dermatitis and conjunctival allergic diseases has been increasing,which not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but also brings great health and economic burden to countries.Histamine and its receptors play a crucial role in the development of allergic diseases and are important targets for the treatment of related diseases.This article reviews the application of antihistamines in allergic diseases in order to deepen our understanding of this classic antiallergic drug and provide reference for rational drug use in clinical work.
