摘  要:基于立井井筒掘砌过程中,将通过多层表土砂层含水层及基岩段砂岩含水层,经常伴有井壁注浆封堵水施工。重点介绍了在装备后的井筒进行防治水注浆施工前,优化机电辅助系统并进行改造,合理解决注浆用操作平台,既能实现立井上下人员正常提升互不影响,又能满足井壁注浆施工的需要,达到安全生产的目的。实践证明:该设计方案简单、经济、实用、安全可靠。In the shaft excavation process, well wall grouting, water sealing and plugging will be adopted in process of passing multi-layer surface sand aquifer and the sandstone aquifer of bedrock segment. This paper mainly introduces how to optimize the electromechanical auxiliary system and transform it before preventing and controlling water grouting in the wellbore after equipment construction, and reasonably solve the operation platform for grouting, which can not only realize the normal lifting of personnel above and below the shaft, but also meet the need of grouting in the shaft to achieve the goal of safe production. It is proved that the design is simple, economical, practical, safe and reliable.
