摘 要:目的评估花旗松素对链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠糖尿病肾病的作用。方法链脲佐菌素诱导建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,口服葡萄糖耐量试验评估血糖水平,同时测量各项生化参数,如尿酸,肌酐,血清胰岛素。苏木素伊红染色检查肾的病理状态,蛋白免疫印迹法检测小窝蛋白-1/NF-κB的蛋白表达。结果花旗松素能显著降低血糖、尿酸、肌酐的浓度和血清胰岛素的水平。此外,糖尿病大鼠的肾组织病变也得到缓解,花旗松素恢复了糖尿病大鼠中小窝蛋白-1/NF-κB信号相关蛋白的水平。结论花旗松素可能在链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病中发挥积极作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of taxifolin on streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats.Methods A diabetic nephropathy rat model was established via STZ induction.Oral glucose tolerance test was conducted to assess blood glucose levels and measure various biochemical parameters,such as uric acid,creatinine and serum insulin.Hematoxylin eosin staining was used to check the pathological status of the kidney.Protein imprinting was used to detect the protein expression of caveolin-1/NF-κB.Results Taxifolin markedly decreased blood glucose,uric acid,creatinine concentration and serum insulin levels.In addition,renal tissue lesions in diabetic rats were also relieved.Taxifolin also restored the protein expression of caveolin-1 or other proteins related to signal NF-κB.Conclusion Taxifolin may play a positive role in STZ-induced diabetes.
