《叶天士医学大全》治湿医案探要

摘　　要：《叶天士医学大全》收录了叶氏著述的12种文献。通过对其中叶氏治疗湿证医案的研读,浅析叶氏治湿医案中体现的临床思路及用药特点,发现叶氏治湿法中皆隐含治气调升降的思想,对临床上治疗辨证复杂,病程缠绵的湿证有一定启发。YE Tianshi Medical Encyclopedia included 12 kinds of papers written by YE. Through the study of YE’s treatment of wet syndrome medical cases,this paper analyzes the clinical thinking and medication characteristics reflected in YE’s treatment of wet medical cases. It was found that YE’s method of treating wetness implied the idea of regulating the qi regulation,which bring some inspiration for clinical treatment of wet syndrome with complex and long duration.
