摘  要:为探讨葛根芩连汤加减保留灌肠在湿热型溃疡性直肠炎治疗中的应用效果,将90例湿热型溃疡性直肠炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组,各30例,3组均予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,在此基础上,治疗组应用葛根芩连汤加减保留灌肠,对照Ⅰ组应用美沙拉秦灌肠液保留灌肠,对照Ⅱ组不予灌肠,对比各组治疗效果。结果显示,治疗组总有效率(100%)明显高于对照Ⅰ组(96.7%)和对照Ⅱ组(90.0%),P <0.05;对照工组明显高于对照Ⅱ组,P<0.05。结果表明,保留灌肠是治疗溃疡性直肠炎的有效方法,葛根芩连汤加减保留灌肠疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。To investigate the efficacy of retention enema with modified Gegen Qinlian Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named "Tang")in the treatment of dampness-heat ulcerative proctitis (UP),90 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30,orally administered mesalazine entericcoated tiablets and took modified Tang for retention enema),group I of controls (mesalazine tablets plus its solution for retention enema,n=30)and group Ⅱ of controls (n=30,only oral mesalazine),then the efficacy was compared .between the three groups.As results,in the total effective rate treatment group was significantly higher than group Ⅰ,Ⅱ of controls,and group Ⅰ did so than group Ⅱ (100%vs 96.7%vs 90.0%,all,P<0.05).Resuhs show that retention enema is an effective therapy for UP,especially,the Tang has certain effect.
