摘  要:针对疲劳试验机应力控制系统在实际应用中会产生应力控制不稳定的情况,提出了一种控制方案。根据系统传递函数建立数学模型,设置合适的目标函数。通过模型预测算法寻找局部最优,利用加权反馈校正的方式,对基础模型进行在线修正。同时结合期望的参考轨迹,使输出值尽可能逼近设定值。最后利用MATLAB仿真,验证模型预测控制算法对于快速响应的系统的控制效果。仿真数据显示,系统加入预测算法后的调节时间较之前减少15%,控制误差减少0.5%。将模型预测控制优化改进后,达到了解决应力控制问题的目的。Aiming at the instability of stress control system in fatigue testing machine stress control system, a control scheme is proposed. Establish a mathematical model based on the system transfer function and set the appropriate objective function. The model prediction algorithm is used to find the local optimum, and the weighted feedback correction method is used to modify the basic model online. At the same time, combined with the desired reference trajectory, the output value is as close as possible to the set value. Finally, the MATLAB simulation is used to verify the control effect of the model predictive control algorithm on the fast response system. The simulation data shows that the adjustment time after the system is added to the prediction algorithm is reduced by 15% and the control error is reduced by 0.5%. The model predictive control optimization is improved to achieve the purpose of solving the stress control problem.
