摘 要:润滑油可减少机械零件相对运动接触面间的摩擦损耗,故润滑油膜的厚薄对机械的正常运转至关重要。通过回顾目前国内外主流的润滑油膜厚度测量方法,旨在根据不同被测对象的测量条件和特点,提供合适的润滑油膜厚度测量方法,并在总结润滑油膜测量方法的国内外研究动态和成果的基础上,为水轮发电机组推力轴承油膜厚度的检测实践提供建议。首先对这些方法进行了详细的分类,其次从测量原理、测量元件的安装位置、测量仪器的配置及其各种方法在推力轴承检测中的应用进行了分析。在此基础上讨论了传统传感器和智能传感器对油膜厚度相关参数的数据处理方法,总结了油膜厚度测量技术的发展的趋势,并对该发展趋势在推力轴承上的应用形式和发展潜力进行了探讨。最后根据不同水轮发电机组推力轴承的不同特点,归纳出适用于不同测量条件的不同水轮机组推力轴承类型的油膜测量方法。Lubricating oil can reduce the friction loss of the contact surface due to relative moving between mechanical parts, so the thickness of the lubricant film is very important for the good functioning of machinery. By reviewing the current mainstream methods of measuring the thickness of lubricating oil film at home and abroad, the purpose of this paper is to provide a suitable method of measuring the thickness of lubricating oil film based on the measurement conditions and characteristics of different measured objects. According to the domestic and foreign research trends and achievements of the measurement methods of lubricating oil film, it is necessary to provide some suggestions for the measurement practice of oil films thickness of the thrust bearing on the hydroelectric generating set. First of all, these methods are now classified within detail. Also, the measurement principle, the installation position of the measuring components, the configuration of the measuring instruments and the application of various methods of testing of thrust bearing are analyzed. It is the essential factors that the data processing methods of traditional sensors and intelligent sensors on the parameters of oil film thickness are discussed. And the development trend of oil films thickness measurement technology is summarized. Besides, application forms and development potential of this trend in thrust bearing are discussed. In the end, depending on the different characteristics of the thrust bearing of different hydroelectric generating sets, the oil films measurement methods that suitable for different types of thrust bearing of hydroelectric generating sets and different measurement conditions are summarized.
