摘 要:目的通过基于RBRVS工作量考核方法的探索与应用,实现护理人员的合理岗位流动,体现护理人员劳动价值。方法采用《2012版全国医疗服务价格项目规范》护理操作项目风险、难度、操作人数、操作时长要素,进行工作量点数绩效价值核算,并采用满意度调查实施效果评价。结果 RBRVS护理工作负荷和护理岗位层级设置呈一致性;不同岗位之间工作负荷存在差异性;绩效满意度总体为87.11%。结论 RBRVS工作量在绩效中的应用,体现了不同岗位护理人员劳动难度、风险的差异,同时体现了绩效公平、公正性及优劳优酬的设计原则。Objective TTo explore and apply RBRVS workload assessment method to realize reasonable post flow of nursing staff and reflect the value of nursing staff. Methods The risk, difficulty, number of operators and operation duration factors of the nursing operation project in the 2012 national standard of medical service price were adopted to calculate the performance value of workload points and evaluate the implementation effect of satisfaction survey. Results The RBRVS nursing workload and nursing job hierarchy were consistent. The workload varies among different positions. Overall performance satisfaction was 87.11%. Conclusion The application of workload of RBRVS in performance reflects the differences of labor difficulty and risk of nursing staff in different positions, and also reflects the design principles of performance equity, impartiality and remuneration.
