摘 要:目的通过利用医学生对青春期原发性痛经患者进行随访与宣教,探索一种行之有效的痛经管理策略。方法选取青春期原发性痛经患者60例,随机分为对照组和随访组,对照组经前给予田七痛经胶囊口服,随访组在此基础上增加医学生随访与宣教,对比干预前后2组治疗有效率、痛经症状评分、痛经知识知晓度及SF-36生命质量量表评分。结果随访组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组(63.33%);干预后随访组痛经症状评分明显低于对照组,痛经知识知晓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组SF-36生命质量量表评分均有所提高,在精神健康和情感职能方面,随访组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用医学生进行随访和宣教是值得探索的青春期原发性痛经的有效管理策略。Objective To explore an effective dysmenorrhea management strategy through the follow-up and propaganda and education by medical students in adolescent primary dysmenorrhea patients.Methods Sixty adolescent patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into a control group and follow-up group.Before menstruation,the control group was given Tianqi Tongjing Capsules(a Chinese patent medicine),and the follow-up group was given the Tianqi Tongjing Capsules and follow-up,propaganda and education by medical students.Before and after the intervention,the therapeutic effective rate,dysmenorrhea symptom scores,knowledge awareness degree of dysmenorrhea,and the scores of SF-36 quality of life scale were investigated and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the follow-up group was90.00%,being higher than that of the control group(63.33%).After the intervention,the dysmenorrhea symptom score of the follow-up group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The awareness degree of dysmenorrhea knowledge of the follow-up group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SF-36 quality of life scale of two groups improved in mental health(MH) and emotional function(EF),and the scores of MH and EF of the follow-up group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worth to explore the effective management strategy of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea by using medical students for follow-up and propaganda and education.
