摘 要:采用多元醇还原法制备镍修饰活性炭(NAC)。用XRD、SEM、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)与接触角测试,对NAC进行物理性能研究;用恒流充放电、循环伏安与交流阻抗测试,对NAC进行电化学电容性能分析。镍在活性炭(AC)表面分布均匀,镍表面修饰增强了NAC电极的亲液能力。在0. 05~1. 00 V进行充放电,NAC的比电容在电流为0. 2 A/g和5. 0 A/g时分别达到312 F/g与180 F/g,比AC分别提高了158. 7%和115. 6%。以0. 2 A/g的电流循环2 000次,NAC的比电容为261 F/g,比AC提高了136. 5%。NAC电极的等效串联电阻由AC的1. 01Ω降低至0. 84Ω。A nickel modified activated carbon (NAC)was fabricated by polyol reduction process.The physical property of NAC was characterized by means of XRD,SEM,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)and contact angle tests.Electrochemical capacitive performance was investigated by galvanostatic charge/diseharge,cyclic voltammetry and A.C. impedance methods.Nickel was uniformly distributed on the surface of activated carbon (AC).The hydrophilicity of NAC electrode was enhanced by nickel surface modified.The specific cppacitance of NAC reached 312 F/g and 180F/g at the current of 0.2A/g and 5.0 A/g in 0.05 -1.00 V,respectively,which was 158.7% and 115.6%higher than AC.After 2000 cycles at the current of 0.2 A/g,the specific capacitance of NAC still reached 261F/g,which was 136.5 %higher than AC.Compared with AC,the equivalent series resistance of the NAC electrode was reduced from 1.01Ωto 0.84Ω.
