摘 要:对高压电力计量系统二次回路进行了研究,针对目前已有失压失流报警装置易发生误报警、无法识别特殊故障等缺点,研究提出了基于模糊算法的基波零序特征电流电压状态监测方法,对二次回路进行故障诊断。分析了高压电力计量系统二次回路的工作原理以及常见故障类型,提取了基波零序电压分量、基波零序电流分量、基波零序电流与中性线电流差值的绝对值作为失压、失流和零线断线的故障特征,利用模糊算法建立二次回路的故障识别模型,实现对失压、失流零线断线的有效判断。由Matlab仿真实验表明,该方法故障识别的准确率在93%以上,具有较高的故障识别准确度,同时避免了已有失压失流报警装置的缺陷。The secondary circuit of high voltage power metering system is studied in this paper.In view of the shortcomings of the false alarm of warning device and unable to identify special faults,a fault diagnosis method based on the fuzzy algorithm to monitor the zero-sequence characteristic of current and voltage is proposed for the secondary circuit.Firstly,the operation principle and common fault types of the secondary circuit of HV power metering system are analyzed.Then the absolute value of fundamental wave zero sequence voltage component,fundamental wave zero sequence current component,fundamental wave zero sequence current and neutral current difference are extracted as the fault features for loss of voltage,loss of current and zero-line disconnection.Fuzzy algorithm is used to establish the fault identification model of secondary loop so as to realize the effective judgment for the loss of voltage s and the zero-line breakage.The simulation results with Matlab show that the accuracy of fault identification is high over 93%,and it also avoids the defects of the existing loss and pressure alarm device.
