摘 要:目的:对大叶钩藤进行生态适宜性区划及生产区划。方法:利用MaxEnt与ArcGIS软件对大叶钩藤进行生长适宜性分析,并利用ArcGIS软件中标准分级方案的自然断点法,对大叶钩藤的潜在分布区域进行生长适宜性等级区划;以钩藤碱为指标成分,利用Minitab 16.0与SPSS 19.0统计软件,以生态因子为自变量,以含量测定结果为因变量,进行多元线性回归分析,并结合ArcGIS软件,进行品质区划与生产区划。结果:影响大叶钩藤生态适宜性分布的最重要生态因子为温度,其次为降雨量;最适宜大叶钩藤种植的区域为云南勐腊县,其次为云南南部、广西西南部;钩藤指标成分含量高低与小生境息息相关,在进行大叶钩藤栽培选址时,宜采用本研究生产区划结果与实地调查分析相结合的方式进行。结论:该研究结果可为大叶钩藤适生区预测及规模化人工种植提供理论依据。Objective:To study the growth suitability and regionalization of Uncaria macrophylla.Methods:Analysis of growth suitability was made based on MaxEnt model and ArcGIS,and its potential distribution areas at different suitability grade and regionalization map were formulated by natural breakpoint method of growth suitability theory.Multivariate linear regression analysis was made between the ecological factor and index component content by Minitab 16.0 and SPSS 19.0 software,then the quality rationalization and production regionalization were accomplished.Results:The results showed that temperature was the dominant factor contributing to the grade of plant growth,precipitation was the second.The Meng-la county of Yunnan Province was the best suitable region for the Uncaria macrophylla planting,followed by the southern of Yunnan and southwest of Guangxi.The index component content was correlated with small ecological environment.Conclusion:This study can provide theory basis for the prediction of suitable growth region and large-scale artificial cultivation of Uncaria macrophylla.
