摘  要:目的:研究适宜于北柴胡新品种川北柴1号的制种区,初步制定该品种种子的质量分级标准。方法:以四川安州区和旺苍县的9个柴胡生产示范点收获川北柴1号种子为材料,对其进行形态、萌发、千粒重及活力测定试验,分析各指标间相关性,再利用K-means聚类分析的数学分级原理,对各项指标进行标准化转变。结果:不同产地对川北柴1号种子形态指标、萌发指标、种子活力影响极显著,对千粒重影响显著。其中安州区长梁子所收获的川北柴1号种子的长度、宽度、厚度、千粒重、发芽率、发芽指数、种子活力均远高于其他产地所收获的种子;川北柴1号种子质量可以分为3个等级,以发芽率、千粒重作为主要分级指标,以种子活力作为次要分级指标,以种子长度为参考指标。结论:目前川北柴1号品种最佳制种地为安州区长梁子;初步制定的川北柴1号种子质量分级标准,对川北柴1号种子质量评价及合理栽培推广具有参考意义。Objective:To identify the proper propagation regions for commercial variety of Chuanbeichai No.1 of Bupleurum chinese.Methods:The seeds of Chuanbeichai No.1 were collected from nine large scale cultivation areas in Anzhou and Wangcang of Sichuan Province.The morphology and germination related traits,thousand kernel weight,and seed vigor for the seeds were investigated.The correlation and K-means clustering analysis based on mathematical classification priciple were analyzed for investigated traits.Results:The different origin had a impact on morphology and germination related traits,thousand kernel weight,and seed vigor extremely significantly(P<0.01),and affected thousand kernel weight significantly(P<0.05).The seeds collected from Changliangzi in Anzhou showed significantly higher value of seed length,width,thickness,thousand kernel weight,germinational rate and index and seed vigor than the seeds collected from other locations.The seed related traits of Chuanbeichai No.1 was divided with three degree.The first degree index included germinational rate and thousand kernel weight.The secondary index was seed vigor,and the last degree was seed length.Conclusion:Changliangzi in Anzhou is the best location for propagation of Chuanbeichai No.1 in present study.The standard that is developed for evluation of seed quality of Chuanbeichai No.1 in present study is very important to large scale of cultivation for Chuanbeichai No.1 and rational distribution of commerial varities of Bupleurum chinense.
