摘 要:目的:建立天麻素的太赫兹波段图谱特征。方法:采用太赫兹时域光谱技术检测两种不同产地的天麻素及两种全天麻胶囊在太赫兹波段的光谱,对得到的实验数据进行分析,同时采用模拟软件对天麻素晶体在太赫兹波段的光谱进行模拟,并指认其在太赫兹波段的振动模式。结果:两个产地的天麻所提取的天麻素的太赫兹光谱基本一致。其在0.51、0.77、1.01、1.18和1.59 THz处存在较明显的吸收峰。对于全天麻胶囊样品1和样品2,有4个较明显的吸收峰,但是与天麻素对比,仅有3个吸收峰的位置较为对应。结论:太赫兹时域光谱技术可用于在物性鉴别领域。Objective:To identify characteristic fingerprint of gastrodin in the terahertz band of different habitats.Methods:Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy was used to detect the spectra of Gastrodin in two different places and two different Gastrodia elata capsules in the terahertz range.The obtained experimental data was analyzed.The simulation software was used to simulate the spectrum of gastrodin crystal in the terahertz band,compared to the theoretical spectra and experimental spectra analysis,the terahertz vibration mode was identified.Results:The terahertz spectrum of gastrodin extracted from Gastrodia elata in two areas were basically the same.There were obvious absorption peaks at 0.51,0.77,1.01,1.18 and 1.59 THz.For sample 1 and sample 2 of Gastrodin elata capsules,there were four obvious absorption peaks,but only with three peaks of absorption in gastrodin.Conclusion:Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy can be used in the field of physical identification.
