摘  要:HIV是一种依赖于宿主细胞复制的逆转录病毒。HIV复制时将其自身RNA逆转录成的DNA整合于宿主细胞基因组中,导致宿主细胞DNA损伤,产生有效感染,从而启动细胞周期检测点机制。多项研究表明,HIV感染过程中产生的多种特异性蛋白直接作用于细胞周期调节通路,影响细胞周期进程,导致细胞周期停滞在G2期,并且伴随着大量CD4^+T细胞死亡。同时,HIV感染的进程和发展也受到细胞周期调控的影响,两者相互关联、交叉并且相互作用。现就细胞周期蛋白和检测点,以及HIV利用细胞通路来促进自身复制和生存的最新研究进展作一综述。HIV is a retrovirus and its replication relies on the host cells. When HIV replicates, the DNA that is reverse transcribed from its own RNA was integrated into the genome of the host cell, to produce an effective infection by causing DNA damage to the host cell, and initiating the cell cycle regulation. Several studies have shown that many specific proteins produced during HIV infection act directly on cell cycle regulatory pathways, affecting cell cycle progression, leading to cell cycle arrest in the G2 phase, and accompanied by the death of a large number of CD4^+ T cells. At the same time, the two processes are interrelated, intersect and interact. Here is a review of recent advances in cyclin, checkpoints, and the HIV who takes advantage of the cell pathways for their own replications and survival.
