摘　　要：王乐匋教授遗著《老匋读医随笔》分"医验撷秀""方药阐微""医理钩玄""诊余漫录""治学门径"5个部分,收录了先生有效验案、经典名方阐发与运用心得,以及治学读医中的所感所思,具有很高的学术价值。在该书出版之际,特对王乐匋教授的学术渊源及遗著的出版情况、治学风格作了梳理,并对先生临床"讲究治络,和畅血脉""条达木郁,疏畅气机""寒温并用,相反相成""古方今用,量体裁衣"等学术经验与用药风格作了归纳提炼。Professor Wang Letao, has written five parts in Lao Tao’s Essay on Medical Reading, which are "Medical Experience Show", "Explanation of Prescriptions and Drugs", "Interpretation of Medical Principles", "Interpretation of Diagnosis" and "Path to Academic Research". It is of great academic value to elucidate and use the experience of the famous scholars, and to comprehend what they think in studying medicine. Professor Wang Letao’s clinical academic experience and medication-prescription style of "stressing collaterals and regulating blood vessels", "stretching to wooden stagnation, smoothing Qi mechanism", "combining cold and warm drugs of contrary nature complementing each other", "modern usage of ancient prescriptions, tailoring clothes according to their specifications" were summarized and refined.
