摘  要:毛竹在中国具有重要的经济价值和社会功能,但是毛竹不仅种子容易失活,而且从头再生困难,使得毛竹的扩繁进展缓慢,这些因素限制毛竹产业化快速发展。本研究确立先发芽后生根的繁殖方法,首先建立了以毛竹种子为材料的丛生芽诱导体系:即在MS1培养基中添加3 mg/L 6-BA+1 mg/L TDZ,平均每粒毛竹种子可诱导8个生长健壮的丛生芽。进一步对丛生芽的生根条件进行优化,建立了2步生根法,添加不同激素完成不定根从诱导到生长的过程,平均每个丛生芽可诱导5条8 cm长的不定根且丛生芽生长健壮。总之,本研究建立了以毛竹种子为外植体进行丛生芽诱导的和生根的快速繁殖体系,为毛竹的产业化发展提供科学依据。Bamboo has important economic value and social function in China, but bamboo is not only easy to inactivate seeds, but also difficult to regenerate from scratch, which makes the expansion of bamboo grow slowly.These factors limit the rapid development of bamboo industrialization. This study established the propagation method of rooting after germination. Firstly, a cluster bud induction system based on bamboo seeds was estab lished: 3 mg/L 6-BA+1 mg/L TDZ was added to MS1 medium, and the average bamboo was added. Seeds can induce 8 robust shoot buds. Further, the rooting conditions of the shoots were optimized, and a 2-step rooting method was established. Different hormones were added to complete the process of adventitious roots from induction to growth. On average, each shoot bud can induce 5 8 cm long adventitious roots and shoots to grow robustly.In conclusion, this study established a rapid propagation system for shoot induction and rooting with bamboo seeds as explants, providing a scientific basis for the industrialization of bamboo.
