对脑出血患者进行院前急救的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析对脑出血患者进行院前急救对其预后的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月期间自贡市第四人民医院收治的200例脑出血患者为研究对象。将其中自行就诊的100例患者设为对照组,将其中由120急救中心接诊并接受院前急救的100例患者设为观察组。对比两组患者的急救效果和预后情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的院内反应时间及首次治疗持续的时间均较短,其入院时MMSE的评分较高,P <0.05。接受治疗后两组患者ADL的评分均高于接受治疗前,而且观察组患者ADL的评分高于对照组患者,P <0.05。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者病情的治愈率较高,其后遗症的发生率和死亡率均较低,P <0.05。结论:对脑出血患者进行院前急救可显著提高其急救的效率,提升其日常生活能力,改善其预后。objective:to analyze the effect of prehospital emergency treatment on prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:200 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted and treated by the fourth people's hospital of zigong city from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.Among them, 100 patients who were treated by themselves were set as the control group,and 100 patients who were treated by 120 emergency centers and received pre-hospital emergency treatment were set as the observation group.The first aid effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:compared with the control group, the reaction time in hospital and the duration of the first treatment were shorter in the observation group,and the MMSE score was higher at admission,P <0.05.After treatment,ADL scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and ADL scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P <0.05.Compared with the control group,the cure rate of patients in the observation group was higher,and the incidence and mortality of sequelae were lower in the observation group (P <0.05).Conclusion:prehospital emergency treatment for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve the efficiency of emergency treatment,improve their daily life ability,improve their prognosis.
