摘 要:目的分析近视初期矫正前后对比敏感度的变化。方法选取8~13岁152例(200眼)近视初期的患儿。利用美国Vector Visions公司生产的对比敏感度仪,分别测量-0. 50DS至-1. 25DS患儿视力矫正前后4种空间频率(3、6、12和18周/度)的对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity, CS),产生对比敏感度函数(contrast sensitivity function, CSF)曲线图。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果 -0.50DS的患者只有高频有统计学意义,P<0.05;低中频无统计学意义。-0.75DS的患者中频(12cpd)和高频(18cpd),有统计学意义,P<0.05;低频和中频(6cpd)无统计学意义。-1.00DS患者中频(6cpd)(12cpd)高频(18cpd)有统计学意义,P<0.05;只有低频P>0.05,无统计学意义。-1.25DS患者低中高频均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对比敏感度是一种较全面而敏感的视功能检查手段,近视度数越低,对高频的影响越大,而度数越高,对低中高频均有较明显的影响。为近视初期的临床干预提供了依据。Objective Investigate the change of contrast sensitivity before and after the initial correction of myopia. Methods 152 children(200 eyes) aged 8 ~ 13 years old with early myopia were selected. All patients were measured with the contrast sensitivity instrument manufactured by American Vector Visions Company. the contrast sensitivity(CS)of 4 spatial frequencies(3, 6, 12 and 18 cycles/degree) before and after vision correction. SPSS 17. 0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results-0. 50 DS patients had only high frequency(P<0. 05) and no statistical significance at low and medium frequencies. The middle frequency(12 cpd) and high frequency( 18 cpd) of patients with-0. 75 DS were statistically significant(P<0. 05), while the low frequency and middle frequency(6 cpd) were not statistically significant.-1.00 DS patients with intermediate frequency(6 cpd)( 12 cpd) and high frequency(18 cpd)(P<0. 05) were statistically significant, with only low frequency being P>0. 05, without statistical significance.-1. 25 DS patients had statistically significant low, medium and high frequencies. Conclusions Contrast sensitivity is a more comprehensive and sensitive visual function test. The lower the myopia degree, the greater the influence on high frequency. The higher the myopia degree, the more obvious the influence on low, medium and high frequency.
