摘  要:针对目前磁致伸缩位移测量仪的测量精度易受环境温度和张丝拉力等影响、单次测量位置单一、信号输出方式单一、功能单一等问题,设计了一种基于STM32和TDC-GP21的多功能磁致伸缩位移测量仪。自校准式测量方法可消除环境等对测量仪测量精度的影响。多磁环结构及其相应的信号调理电路配合TDC-GP21可实现单次多点高精度测量,非线性误差<0.1%。除多点位移测量外,具有测量校准、速度测量、温度测量等功能。采用STM32作为主控芯片,无需添加电路即可为测量仪提供多种通信方式。电路简单,功能较多且测量精度高,多种通信方式及信号输出方式在工业实际测量中具有很强的适用性。The measuring precision of magnetostrictive displacement sensor is easily affected by environment temperature and the tension of the waveguide wire,and it can only measure one position at a time and usually has single signal output and single function.Therefore,a multifunctional magnetostrictive displacement sensor based on STM32 and TDC-GP21 is designed.The self-calibration method can eliminate the influence of environment on the measuring accuracy of the measuring instrument.The structure with multi magnetic rings and its corresponding signal conditioning circuit can achieve a high precision measurement of multiple locations at a time with TDC-GP21.And its nonlinear error is less than0.1%.Besides multi-point displacement measurement,it has the functions of calibration,speed measurement and temperature measurement.STM32 is used to be the MCU to provide various communication methods for measuring instruments without adding any circuits.The instrument uses simple circuit to achieve many functions,high measuring accuracy and multiple communication methods and signal output methods,which has a strong applicability in the actual measurement of industry.
