摘　　要：采用低分子量液体环氧树脂及改性水性环氧固化剂为基料、锌粉为防腐颜料制备的双组分水性环氧富锌底漆,涂膜防腐性能优异,VOC含量低,具有良好的环境友好性能,同时对影响水性环氧富锌底漆性能的主要因素进行了分析。A two-component waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer was prepared with low molecular weight liquid epoxy resin and modified waterborne epoxy curing agent as binder and zinc powder as anticorrosive pigment. The coatings have excellent anticorrosion performance, low VOC content and good environmental protection performance. The main factors influencing the performance of waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer are also analyzed.
