摘 要:目的分析SAT与儿童支原体肺炎降钙素原、胸部X线片的关系。方法收集54例使用RNA实时荧光恒温扩增技术(SAT)确证儿童支原体肺炎的患者,分析SAT转阴时间与治疗后患儿1、2、3、4周血清降钙素原(PCT)和胸部X线片的关系。结果多数患者在1周内治愈,但是随着SAT转阴时间的延长,PCT表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.01),胸部X线片呈现的肺实质变化症状逐渐加重,涉及的肺段数目增多,范围扩大。结论 SAT和血清PCT、胸部X线片联合检查将对临床鉴别诊断支原体肺炎具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the relationship between simultaneous amplification and testing( RNA real-time SAT),serum procalcitonin( PCT) and chest X-ray in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods54 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed by RNA real-time SAT were selected to analyze the relationship between the RNA real-time SAT turning-to-negative time,serum PCT and chest X-ray in children at 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week after treatment. Results Most patients are cured within 1 week. With the prolongation of RNA real-time SAT turning-to-negative time,the expression of serum PCT increased gradually( P<0.01),and chest X-ray showed a gradual aggravation of lung parenchymal symptoms,increased number and scope of lung segments involved.Conclusions The combined detection of RNA real-time SAT,serum PCT and chest X-ray is of great significance for the clinical differential diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia.
