摘　　要：目的针对牙周病所导致的前牙移位经口腔正畸治疗后的效果进行探讨。方法收集我院因牙周病导致前牙移位的患者82例作为研究对象,并将其随机平均分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各41例。观察组采用固定矫治器口腔正畸治疗,对照组采用牙周病常规治疗。结果在治疗3个月后,观察组牙龈的出血指数、牙槽骨高度、牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖均优于对照组,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸前,两组患者菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙釉质脱矿指数对比差异不显著,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);正畸3个月后,观察组患者的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙釉质脱矿指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,分别为观察组97.56%,对照组78.05%,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对牙周病致前牙移位患者,采用口腔正畸治疗,取得了较好的应用效果,显著改善了患者的口腔功能,且美观效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease. Methods 82 cases of anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group received orthodontic treatment,the control group received conventional treatment,and 41 cases in each group.Results After treated for 3 months,the bleeding index,the height of alveolar bone,the depth of periodontal pocket and the coverage of anterior teeth in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,plaque index,gingival index,enamel demineralization index of the two groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). 3 months after orthodontic treatment, plaque index, gingival index, and enamel demineralization index of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). Total efficiency in treatment group( 97. 56%) was significantly higher than the control group( 78. 05%), the differences was statistical significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Orthodontic treatment for patients with anterior teeth shift caused by periodontal disease has achieved good results,and improved the oral function of the patients,it is artistic and effective.
